Vinarq Solutions uses your data strictly for legitimate operational and customer service purposes:
- Processing, packing, and dispatching orders to your Nairobi or regional destination.
- Verifying M-Pesa transactions and issuing KRA E-TIMS tax invoices.
- Registering regional manufacturer warranties with official brand partners (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Canon, Epson).
- Providing post-purchase technical support, software licensing setup, and hardware repair updates.
3. Payment Security & M-Pesa Processing
We prioritize financial security across all transaction channels:
- M-Pesa payments are processed directly through Safaricom secure payment gateways. Vinarq Solutions does not store M-Pesa PINs or private banking credentials.
- Website traffic is encrypted using 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
4. Third-Party Sharing & Logistics
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share shipping details solely with accredited courier partners (such as G4S Kenya, Fargo Courier, or Pickup Mtaani) for the explicit purpose of physical parcel delivery.
