1. Overview & Agreement

Welcome to Vinarq Solutions Limited ("Vinarq Solutions", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our e-commerce platform, physical showroom, and purchasing services across Kenya.

By visiting our website or placing an order online, via phone, or through WhatsApp, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or operating with legal authorization from a registered company or institution.

2. Products, Pricing & Currency

All product listings, specifications, and prices displayed on our website are stated in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of statutory taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Stock Availability: Products are subject to stock availability. In the rare event of price changes or stock depletion after an order is submitted, our sales team will notify you immediately.
• Product Accuracy: We strive to maintain exact specifications and images for all hardware, including laptops, desktops, UPS units, networking devices, and printers.
• Quotations: Official proforma invoices and corporate quotations issued by Vinarq Solutions remain valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue.

3. Payment Terms & Tax Compliance

We offer secure and transparent payment options for individual buyers and corporate clients across Kenya:

• M-Pesa Payments: Payments sent via Lipa na M-Pesa Paybill Number 247 247 (Account: 108788) are verified instantly.
• Bank Transfers & Credit Terms: Corporate bank transfers (EFT/RTGS) and pre-approved corporate credit terms require authorized purchase orders.
• KRA E-TIMS Invoicing: Every completed transaction is accompanied by an official KRA-compliant 16% VAT ETR invoice for corporate tax accounting.

4. Delivery & Order Dispatch

We dispatch computer hardware and accessories to all 47 counties in Kenya:

• Nairobi Same-Day Express: Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM are delivered on the same day within Nairobi CBD and surrounding business districts.
• Countrywide Courier Dispatch: Regional orders across Kenya are sent via certified courier partners (G4S, Fargo Courier, Pickup Mtaani) with next-day arrival.
• Order Inspection: Customers are required to inspect package seals and hardware condition upon receipt before signing courier delivery notes.

5. Warranty & Return Policy

All merchandise sold by Vinarq Solutions comes with official hardware protection:

• 7-Day Return Window: Factory defective items reported within 7 days of purchase are eligible for immediate replacement or refund.
• Manufacturer Warranty: Brand new computing equipment carries 1-Year to 3-Year official regional warranty coverage supported by manufacturer service centers.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical drops, liquid spills, power surge burnouts, unsealed consumables, or uncertified third-party tampering.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Vinarq Solutions Limited shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper hardware installation, software misconfigurations, or uncertified usage.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
