How fast is delivery within Nairobi and across other counties in Kenya? +
Within Nairobi CBD and surrounding environs, we offer same-day delivery within 2–4 hours of order confirmation. For all other 46 counties across Kenya (e.g., Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nyeri, etc.), we dispatch via trusted courier partners (Fargo Courier, G4S, Speedaf, and certified parcel services) with guaranteed next-day delivery (within 24 hours).

- Direct Corporate Bank Transfers (EFT / RTGS) with official ETR tax receipts
- Cash / Card on collection at our pickup office
Do you provide official VAT ETR Invoices? +
Yes. All sales are accompanied by a valid, KRA-compliant 16% VAT ETR invoice and official delivery notes for both individual and corporate clients.
3. Genuine Products & Warranty
Are all laptops, printers, and accessories genuine? +
100% genuine. We source directly from authorized regional distributors for leading global technology brands including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Epson, Kyocera, Canon, Logitech, Cisco, and MikroTik. All items come with manufacturer serial numbers verifiable online.
What is your warranty policy? +
All brand new laptops and printers carry 1 to 3 Years official manufacturer warranty. Refurbished / Ex-UK enterprise workstations and laptops carry a minimum of 6 Months direct hardware warranty.
